The Story of Revolutionizing Real Estate Communication

In early 2024, Jeffrey Doussan and Cody Caudill, leaders at Keller Williams Realty New Orleans, faced a pressing problem: how to effectively engage their 110+ agents across an ever-expanding franchise. Traditional methods—texts, emails, and social media posts weren’t cutting it. Agents were missing critical updates, and operational inefficiencies were mounting. Frustrated yet inspired, they decided it was time for a transformative solution.

Cody took the first step by experimenting with Flutter Flow, sketching out a brokerage app to centralize communication and streamline operations. Recognizing the potential, Jeffrey hired an Indian developer to create what would become Thrive —an app designed to bring real estate teams into the digital age.

Their innovation caught fire. After showcasing Thrive to other Keller Williams franchise owners, Jeffrey was approached by a franchise leader overseeing 1,110 agents across the Northeast. He didn’t just want the app for his business; he wanted to invest. That pivotal moment led Jeffrey and Cody to spin Thrive into an independent company: Agent Intelligence LLC headquartered in Louisiana. With a $85,000 strategic investment secured through a convertible note, the duo was ready to scale.

Determined to deliver a next-level product, they partnered with a highly skilled Ukrainian development team. Under the leadership of program manager Anatolii Nesterenko, the team rebuilt the app from the ground up, leveraging AWS for robust backend support and integrating advanced security measures.

Version 2 didn’t just replicate the original, it introduced a sleek UX, a private social feed, and an advanced messaging system.

Today, Agen t Intelligence LLC is more than an app—it’s a digital headquarters revolutionizing real estate communication and collaboration. Fueled by visionary leadership, strategic investments, and a relentless drive to innovate, it’s paving the way for brokerages to thrive in the modern era.
