We use a third-party payment provider to process subscription fees and agent-billing payments. Payment card details are handled directly by that provider under its own privacy and security practices; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Each Market Center is maintained as a separate tenant. Your documents, conversations, and billing data are not shared with, or visible to, other Market Centers, and are not used to answer another tenant's questions. Data provided to the service is not used to train third-party foundation models.

Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
