Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Agent Intelligence's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a Market Center or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use License

Subject to these terms and your subscription agreement, we grant your Market Center a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business operations. This is a license to use the service, not a transfer of title, and you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties outside your Market Center
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the service

Service Availability

Agent Intelligence is a live, production service used by paying Market Centers. We work to maintain high availability and will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any service-level commitments applicable to your Market Center are set out in your subscription agreement.

Payments and Billing

Subscription fees and agent-billing services are processed through a third-party payment provider. By using paid features, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees and agree to the provider's terms for payment processing. Amounts collected on behalf of a Market Center (such as agent dues and fees) are handled in accordance with your subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your agreement.

Your Content and Data

Your Market Center retains ownership of the documents, communications, and records you provide to the service. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the service for your Market Center. Each Market Center is maintained as a separate tenant, and your data is not shared with, or used to answer questions for, other Market Centers.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices, including our data retention position.

Limitations

In no event shall Agent Intelligence or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Agent Intelligence's services.
